The Role:
The Business Analyst will support the UK Branch and Group delivery of a Single Risk transformation programme, working cross-functionally across underwriting, operations, finance, claims, actuarial and technology teams to define as-is/to-be business processes, business requirements and input into future operating models.
The successful candidate will act as the lead BA to elicit and translate business needs into actionable requirements supporting process redesign, data migration, systems integration and change adoption activities that deliver measurable business value.
