  Creating an end-to-end enterprise reporting data model.

  Maintaining all master data relevant to the reporting model.

  Automate collection of data from multiple sources into the data model either through integration, file sharing or automated data-flows for manual data.

  Quality checks for incoming data and result visualizations.

  Creating visualizations in line with stakeholder’s requirements.

  Manage relationship with 3

  party service providers for the reporting solution.

  SPOC for all demand reporting requirements for MEA.

  Proven ability to work big data, creating relational database models and using visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau.

  Proven ability to write code for data storing for one of those, reading and shaping using Python, R, Power Query and DAX.
• 
  High analytical acumen with ability to drive and translate insights into relevant strategies and tactics (actions / initiatives) internally and for execution with our customers.
• 
  Proven ability to stand alone, challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• 
  Previous experience of “end to end” project management and running customer-facing projects in organizations.
• 
  Ability to navigate complex situations, simplify processes and decide on what needs to be done.
• 
  Ability to operationalize and execute a change initiative and engage and influence both customers and key stakeholders behind it.

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 
  Proven experience in data modeling, business intelligence, and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
• 
  2-3 years of experience in data management, analytics, or reporting roles.
• 
  Hands-on experience with Python, R, Power Query, or DAX for data transformation and analysis.
• 
  Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• 
  Previous experience managing end-to-end data or reporting projects and working with external vendors.
