A leading organisation within the engineering and industrial solutions sector is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to conduct a comprehensive review and documentation of existing business systems and processes. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to capture as-is business and technical environments and develop detailed process and system documentation.
Perform in-depth business and systems analysis across multiple applications.
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather business requirements.
Document existing (as-is) business processes, workflows, and data flows.
Develop comprehensive use case specifications, system architecture diagrams, and data models.
Identify system dependencies, integration points, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed technical design documentation linking business requirements to system components.
Minimum 5 years experience in business and systems analysis
Proven ability to document complex systems, integrations, and workflows.
Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies (e.g. BABOK).
Proficiency with Visio, UML modeling, and other documentation tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
You are detail-oriented, technically adept, and able to translate complex business needs into clear documentation. You thrive in collaborative environments and are confident engaging both business and technical stakeholders.
