Business Analyst who will:
Assist in identifying, documenting, and maintaining data sources, data flows, and data usage across Networks systems and processes.
Support the documentation of Critical Data Elements (CDEs), Critical Attributes, data definitions, and data ownership information.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and clarify data-related requirements, data quality expectations, and business rules.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of data governance, data quality, and compliance-related documentation, guidelines, and reports.
Support the analysis and monitoring of data quality issues, inconsistencies, and exceptions.
Assist in defining, documenting, testing, and monitoring data quality metrics, validation rules, and controls under the guidance of Data Analysts or SMEs.
Support the use of approved tools and technologies to validate, monitor, cleanse, and analyze data.
Assist in tracking and monitoring data quality issues, action items, and resolution activities.
Prepare documentation related to data governance, data quality processes, and operational procedures to ensure consistency and transparency.
Coordinate with stakeholders and support teams to ensure timely completion of data-related activities and deliverables.
Support awareness sessions, user coordination, and training activities related to data governance and data quality practices.
Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical/analytical field.
Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Data Management, Data Analytics, or ICT disciplines are an advantage.
At least one (1) year of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, data governance, or data quality-related work is preferred.
Strong working knowledge of SQL and R is required; familiarity with Python, Excel (macros), and data analysis tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and data lifecycle concepts, including CDEs, data ownership, and validation techniques. Familiarity with process/data modeling tools (e.g., Visio) is an advantage.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
