The Role

At Capco, we're looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Consulting practice in Doha. You'll work alongside talented consultants and financial services professionals to understand business challenges, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and support the delivery of meaningful transformation initiatives.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams, helping clients improve processes, enhance customer experiences, and deliver sustainable business outcomes. You'll also explore how approved AI tools and AI-enabled workflows can improve the speed, quality, and effectiveness of business analysis, while maintaining human oversight and responsible AI practices.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Map current and future-state business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the design of practical, client-focused solutions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements-gathering sessions to align business needs with project objectives.
• Support delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle, including solution validation, user acceptance testing, change management, and implementation.
• Use approved AI tools and automation, where appropriate, to support requirements analysis, documentation, and process improvement, ensuring outputs are reviewed, validated, and aligned with responsible AI guidelines.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst within financial services, consulting, or a relevant business transformation environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis techniques, requirements management, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience working across business and technology teams, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable deliverables.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
• Curiosity about AI-enabled ways of working, with an understanding of the importance of human judgement, data confidentiality, appropriate review, and escalation when using AI-generated outputs.

Bonus Points For

• Experience working within consulting or another client-facing environment.
• Experience delivering large-scale business, technology or regulatory transformation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Relevant project management, business analysis or change certifications.
• Experience within financial services, energy, government or other complex and regulated sectors.
