Your career path could surprise even you, there's so much variety.
Work in an organisation based on purpose, structure and process. You know that to make a meaningful contribution to our community and economy, there needs to be diligence in our operations.
Join a team delivering critical technology and business transformation initiatives across public transport, customer and tolling systems. Working closely with operational teams, business stakeholders, architects and delivery partners, you will play a key role in understanding business challenges, identifying improvement opportunities, and translating complex requirements into clear, actionable outcomes.
You will lead discovery and analysis activities across business and technology environments, developing a strong understanding of current state processes, systems, integrations, and data flows. You will translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, process models and acceptance criteria that support the delivery of scalable, secure and reliable solutions. Working closely with architects, engineers and testing teams, you will help shape solution options, validate feasibility, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
You will contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle, from discovery and backlog refinement through to testing, release readiness and business implementation. This includes analysing system behaviour, identifying risks, constraints and dependencies, supporting defect triage, and maintaining high-quality documentation to enable ongoing support and operational effectiveness. You will also assess change impacts and support business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption of new capabilities.
Success in this role requires the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, balance detailed analysis with delivery timeframes, and communicate technical concepts in a way that is clear and meaningful to both business and technology audiences. You will be comfortable working across applications, integrations, data and security considerations while coordinating multiple priorities and contributing to the successful delivery of enterprise-wide technology outcomes.
We currently have two permanent opportunities available at this level, each contributing to the delivery of critical business and technology outcomes.
