Business Analyst (Data Migration & Knowledge Management)
About the Client & Cooperation: Optiveum is acting as a sourcing partner for this role. You will be signing a cooperation agreement directly with our partner—a renowned IT contracting company with nearly 20 years of presence on the market. The end client operates in the international public, defense, or government administration sector, leading large-scale, multi-million euro digital transformation projects.
About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Data Migration, Workflow Systems, and ideally, Knowledge Management. You will join an environment that deals with complex data semantics (taxonomy/ontology) and navigate a landscape of global stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
- Gather, analyze, and translate business and functional requirements for a new, large-scale digital platform.
- Work closely with domain experts, global stakeholders, and the core project team to ensure strategic alignment.
- Support the design and comprehensive documentation of business processes and system functionalities.
- Help shape a system that supports terminology management workflows, advanced search, data management, and seamless integration with other enterprise digital systems.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Experience: 7-10 years working as a Business Analyst.
- Project Scale: Proven track record in large transformational projects (budgets > €1M).
- Sector Background: Previous projects delivered for public administration, military/defense, or international organizations.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in aligning multiple, diverse groups of stakeholders.
- Languages: English at a minimum C1 level; Nice to have: French at a B1/B2 level.
- Workflow & BPM: Strong command of BPMN, workflow systems, approval processes, and case management.
- Data Migration: Practical ability to analyze data sources, prepare data mapping, conduct Data Discovery, and define migration rules.
- Integrations & API: Solid understanding of REST API, OAuth / OIDC, SSO, and system integrations (no coding/programming required).
- Agile Product Discovery: Experience with User Stories, Backlog Management, Sprint Planning, UAT, and prototyping.
Nice to Have (Strong Advantages):
- Knowledge Management: Hands-on experience with CMS, Document Management, Enterprise Search, Taxonomies, and Metadata Management.
- Semantic Technologies: Understanding of Taxonomy, Ontology, RDF, SKOS, OWL, Knowledge Graph, and Semantic Search will make your profile stand out significantly.
What is Offered:
- Salary: 160 – 180 PLN net / hour (B2B)
