We're seeking a Business Analyst who has 3+ years of experience in a large enterprise IT team to supporting enterprise platforms. This role will partner closely with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, refine features, and ensure initiatives are ready for development.
This is an excellent opportunity for a BA who enjoys working at the intersection of business and technology, driving requirements from discovery through delivery while helping shape future platform enhancements and emerging AI-driven solutions.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can bridge the gap between business stakeholders and engineering teams. You'll be comfortable asking questions, managing ambiguity, facilitating discussions, and transforming business needs into clear, actionable requirements that development teams can execute against.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
