We're looking for a candidate who brings approximately 6 years' experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong track record delivering within technology enabled change programmes. You will have proven ability to elicit, document, and manage business requirements across both Agile and Waterfall environments, and be confident facilitating workshops with senior and cross-functional stakeholders turning ambiguity into clear, actionable outputs.
You will demonstrate a solid command of core business analysis techniques including process mapping (BPMN), user story writing, use case development, and gap analysis. An awareness of how AI and automation are reshaping the BA discipline across requirements gathering, process modelling, and data interpretation is increasingly important to us, and familiarity with AI assisted tooling will be viewed favourably.
Experience with ServiceNow and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Visio is advantageous. Above all, you will be an excellent communicator adapting your style with equal confidence for technical and non-technical audiences and a collaborative team player who can manage their own workload with autonomy across multiple concurrent workstreams.
