Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the successful delivery of projects and business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, testers, and business teams.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Prepare process flows, business cases, and impact assessments.
• Support solution design, testing, and implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Assist in change management and user training activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with requirements gathering and documentation.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Visio, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.
