We’re looking for a permanent, full-time Business Analyst to join our IT team based in the 8330 Chester st. office in Vancouver, BC. It is required to work in the Vancouver office a minimum of 3 days per week. This individual will report to the Vice President of IT.
Job Overview:
The ERP Business Analyst plays a critical role in enabling end-to-end business operations by delivering enterprise technology solutions across production, distribution, retail, finance and corporate functions.
This role sits at the core of business and technology transformation, shaping and driving how key processes and systems are designed, integrated, and continuously improved. It partners with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define and deliver solution outcomes, resolve complex cross-functional business challenges, and ensure alignment of enterprise platforms across the organization.
The successful candidate brings deep ERP experience in complex, multi-system environments and a proven ability to translate business needs into end-to-end solution designs that improve operational efficiency, strengthen data integrity across systems, and enable measurable business performance improvements.
