Position Summary

As a Business Analyst (Product Content), you will support the development of Nestlé's global Product Information Management (PIM) and Master Data capabilities. You will partner with business, eCommerce, and IT stakeholders to improve product content quality, streamline data processes, and drive digital transformation initiatives that enable accurate product information across markets and digital channels.

A Day in the Life of...

Drive Product Content and Data Transformation Initiatives

  • Partner with global, regional, and market stakeholders to understand business needs and support product information management initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions and process improvements.
  • Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and data quality initiatives.

Analyze Data Gaps and Drive Solution Implementation

  • Analyze gaps between existing product information capabilities and business requirements.
  • Propose and validate solutions to improve data completeness, quality, and usability.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and execute gap closure activities.
  • Support data uploads, validation activities, and implementation of process enhancements.

Develop Documentation and Improve Processes

  • Create and maintain process documentation, standards, guidelines, and user manuals.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and increase automation.
  • Partner with IT and business teams to improve data flows and system capabilities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.

Support Testing, Training, and Stakeholder Engagement

  • Participate in solution testing and support issue resolution activities.
  • Develop training materials and end-user guides.
  • Deliver training sessions to business users and support deployment activities.
  • Provide regular project updates and collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks and dependencies.

What Will Make You Successful

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Master Data Management, Product Information Management, Process Improvement, or related areas.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Experience working with SAP, Master Data, Product Data, or related business processes is an advantage.
  • Strong Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical solutions.
  • Understanding of process improvement, automation, and change management principles.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation and operational excellence.
