For the strengthening of our scrum team, we search for a Business Analyst, that supports us creating application design from business requirements or from IT-internal requirements.

The area of responsibility includes:

1. Receipt and analysis of the requirements of the business sides
2. Professional & technical description of the requirements in narrow cooperation with the whole Development Team as well as the system architects
3. Creation of the necessary JIRA backlog items (EPICS / user stories / acceptance criteria)
4. Synchronization of the dependencies with other agile teams (e.g., interface partners)
5. Identification of enablers for the optimization of the services & system architecture
6. Support of the Product Owners as well as collaboration in other Projects (e.g. Community of practices).

Your task:

• Design of technical realization of business requirements
• Operational support (e.g. analysis and elimination of error tickets)
• Cooperation with the scrum team to solve the tasks.

You will work with Profile API and Customer Data Platform. You'll work with diverse teams and stakeholders, making every day different and exciting. The experienced development team will guide you through the complex processes, making it a rewarding learning experience.

We expect from candidate:

· Experience in business analysis and solution design, as well as with agile project methods

· Several years of experience in software development field

· Conceptual and solution-oriented thinking and acting

· Enjoys complex, professional, and technical topics

· Fluent English language

· German language will be a plus

· Team player with high level of communication skills

· Independent, flexible, and responsible
