As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements. Your efforts will help identify opportunities for process improvements, simplify technical information, and support business transitions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, Validate, and Document Business Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and document detailed business requirements.
• Review and Uplift Business Processes: Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and create or update procedures as necessary.
• Identify Process Improvements: Analyze current processes to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assess Risks and Benefits: Evaluate issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions to inform decision-making.
• Simplify Technical Information: Translate complex technical jargon into easily understood information for the entire team.
• Implement and Test Solutions: Oversee the implementation and testing of solutions to ensure they meet business needs.
• Support Business Transition: Assist with business transitions by establishing changes and supporting the organization throughout the process.
• Conduct Post-Implementation Assessments: Perform assessments and surveys post-implementation to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on Business Changes: Work closely with business and project teams to facilitate business changes.
• Foster Collaborative Relationships: Participate in cross-functional teams to promote a collaborative work environment.
• Engage in Continuous Improvement: Actively contribute to continuous improvement activities to enhance business processes, internal controls, and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Preferred: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Desirable Certifications:
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Certified Business Process Professional (CBPP)
• Project Management Professional (PMP)
