Support automation and digital transformation initiatives. Assist with business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and feasibility studies. Conduct market and industry research, preferably within the agriculture sector. Collaborate with stakeholders, gather business requirements, and present recommendations to management. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance standards. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or a similar role. Experience in agriculture, agribusiness, or supply chain industries is preferred. Advanced proficiency in Excel, BI tools, and ERP systems (SAP is a plus). Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of business processes and financial metrics.
