Job Description

• Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, data owners, and regulatory teams
• Translate business needs into functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, data‑model diagrams)
• Create and maintain documentation (requirements catalog, data dictionary, process maps, test plans)
• Facilitate test planning by participating in design test cases
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders through sprint demos, status reports and reviews
• Identify improvement opportunities in the transversal framework, propose enhancements
• Collaborate with the ETL development team to design optimal data‑flow and transformation logic
• Define, implement, and maintain the data‑quality framework (rules, thresholds, validation checks)

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the banking and financial services sector
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, including backlog management, user stories, traceability, and requirements tracking.
• Understanding of data migration projects and large-scale data manipulation and aggregation.
• Solid SQL skills, particularly with Oracle databases
• Experience in PL/SQL development
• Fluent in Portuguese and English (C level); French is a plus.
