All About You
To support our team in Izmir, we are looking for a Business Analyst who is eager to work across different departments such as sales, procurement and finance. In this role, you'll think along on how our business processes run, translate real needs into documented requirements, and help build a stronger, more data-driven way of working across the plant. From the start of your journey in our team, you will be guided by a Senior SAP expert to learn.
We're looking for an analytical person who is eager to learn and enjoys figuring out how things work in order to make them better.
With a relevant bachelor or master degree, you also bring:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in SAP is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Comfortable with basic reporting tools such as Excel; familiarity with Power BI or similar is a plus.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken as you'll work daily with international colleagues
• Comfortable picking up new, unfamiliar systems — including internal tools you won't have seen before, like our custom reporting platform.
More About Role
Depending on business needs, you'll work on processes within procurement, sales, finance and gain hands-on experience in SAP. Your responsibilities will include:
• Analyzing the needs of business stakeholders and translating them into clear, actionable requirements.
• Acting as a first point of contact for day-to-day SAP questions from users in your domain, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Mapping and documenting current ('as-is') and improved ('to-be') business processes.
• Supporting testing and validation of changes, fixes, and small enhancements before they go live.
• Preparing clear reports and summaries to support business
• Building a knowledge base of processes, known issues, and workarounds for your domain.
