An opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join Marsh within our Information Technology team, based in Melbourne.
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the design, analysis and delivery of technology and process-based solutions across digital, operational and transformation initiatives. Working in partnership with business, technology and operational stakeholders, the role elicits and documents business requirements, analyses current and future-state processes, supports solution design, and contributes to successful implementation and testing.
This role contributes to multiple concurrent initiatives, including claims and financial system enhancements, digitising claim forms, client facing internet portals, compliance-related enhancements, data and document migration including systems integration, and process automation. The position requires strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, process mapping, data analysis and the ability to translate business needs into clear business requirements documents leading to complete and concise functional requirements.
