Join our Digital Transformation team as a Business Analyst and play a key role in identifying process improvement opportunities, defining business requirements, and supporting initiatives that deliver meaningful business value across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to enterprise-wide transformation efforts while helping shape and strengthen our growing Business Analysis community of practice.

Job Status: Permanent Full-Time
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, or flexible, as assigned
Work Location: Hybrid, 2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 per year

In this role, you will:
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and support successful project outcomes.
• Analyze, map, and improve current and future-state business processes to identify gaps, reduce inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Elicit, document, validate, and manage business, functional, and operational requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and other partners to ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Business Analysis standards, methodologies, and the Business Analysis Community of Practice.

You have:
• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of Business Analyst experience focused on stakeholder engagement, business process improvement, requirements gathering, and process mapping.
• Practical experience with process mapping, stakeholder engagement, requirements elicitation, requirements traceability, user stories, acceptance criteria, and change impact assessment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to facilitate discussions, manage stakeholder relationships, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments; business analysis certification (such as ECBA), finance project exposure, change management experience, AI tools, Visio, and Azure DevOps are considered assets.
