The Senior Business Analyst leads complex analyses, synthesizes insights across functions, manages deliverables for multiple stakeholders, and ensures data integrity.
Essential Skills:
Designs governance reporting processes and improves data integrity/controls.
Performs root-cause and variance analysis; identifies operational performance gaps and recommends actions.
Runs structured research programs; synthesizes supply-market risks and opportunities.
Creates executive-ready narratives that connect data to action.
Conducts root-cause reviews; implements improvements and measures impact.
Performs scenario/what-if analysis and recommends mitigations.
Defines data dictionaries and lineage; ensures auditability.
Facilitates working sessions; aligns stakeholders on requirements and tradeoffs.
Designs and delivers training on BI/governance practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Leads small workstreams and mentors analysts.
Leads multi-stakeholder analyses and insights.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree; 5–8 yrs relevant experience.
Modeling/forecasting; SQL preferred; data design.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Regular work days and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30AM - 4:30PM.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear; climb stairs and/or ladders, and walk on uneven ground.
Salary Range: $93,300.00 - $116,625.00
