Requirements

• 
  10+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting information system implementation projects
• 
  Business process mapping, requirements documentation, and capability gap analysis
• 
  Requirements elicitation and stakeholder management
• 
  3+ years of Business Analysis experience in a healthcare environment
• 
  3+ years of experience implementing projects across multiple hospitals
• 
  Experience gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders
• 
  3+ years of direct hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) application configuration experience
• 
  3+ years of experience with EHCR (Electronic Home Care Record) implementation
• 
  Healthcare information systems implementation and process improvement
• 
  Strong experience working with clinical and technical stakeholders
• 
  Valid IIBA Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification
• 
  Valid Prosci ADKAR Organizational Change Management certification
• 
  Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification preferred
• 
  Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
