As a Business Analyst, you will provide strategic business analysis, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and decision-support services for the Agentic AI Platform POC.

We are looking for a Business Analyst whowill help define and validate business scenarios, facilitate stakeholder alignment, document common evaluation criteria, consolidate evidence from both POCs, support comparison analysis, and prepare executive-ready recommendation materials to enable informed decision-making on the preferred Agentic AI implementation approach. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City

What You'll Do

  • Strategic Initiative Support and Stakeholder Alignment

  • Work with leadership teams, business sponsors, product owners, solution architects, AI engineering SMEs, platform SMEs, and governance stakeholders to clarify the objectives, scope, success criteria, and decision needs for the Agentic AI Platform POC

  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and validation sessions to define the representative enterprise service scenario, common workflow steps, agent roles, handoff rules, governance controls, and business outcomes for both POC approaches

  • Ensure the same business scenario, evaluation criteria, evidence requirements, and validation approach are applied consistently to the enter prise out-of-the-box solution POC and the custom-built Agentic AI solution POC

  • Prepare clear meeting materials, decision logs, action trackers, briefings, and executive-ready updates to support alignment across business, IT, governance, and leadership stakeholders

  • Business Analysis, Requirements, and evaluation Framework

  • Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, assumptions, constraints, dependencies, and acceptance criteria for the selected enterprise service scenario

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, business management, public administration, or a related discipline

  • At least 8 years of solid business analysis experience, preferably supporting strategic, enterprise-wide, digital transformation, automation, AI, or emerging technology initiatives

  • Proven experience working with leadership teams, business sponsors, product owners, governance committees, and cross functional stakeholder groups

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, validation sessions, and decision-making discussions for complex initiatives

  • Experience preparing business requirements, process flows, use cases, user stories, evaluation criteria, comparison matrices, decision papers, recommendation reports, and executive-ready presentation materials

  • Experience supporting feasibility assessments, proof-of-concept initiatives, product evaluations, vendor/platform comparisons, or technology recommendation reports is highly desirable

  • Experience in AI, automation, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, enterprise platforms, workflow management, or IT service management is an advantage

  • Strong understanding of business analysis practices, requirements elicitation, process mapping, stakeholder analysis, documentation standards, traceability, and validation techniques

  • Working knowledge of technology evaluation methods, including common evaluation criteria, success thresholds, business impact analysis, cost-benefit considerations, risk assessment, and decision-support documentation

  • Familiarity with AI, generative AI, Agentic AI concepts, workflow orchestration, automation, integration, governance controls

  • Responsible AI principles, auditability, and operational readiness considerations

  • Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, quality assurance, testing coordination, acceptance criteria, and release readiness documentation

  • Ability to translate technical findings from architects, developers, AI engineers, and platform SMEs into clear business implications for non-technical and leadership audiences

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
