Business Analyst

Location: México City and Guadalajara, Jalisco

At Zurich Capability Center, we are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the insurance industry. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively collaborate with business stakeholders, drive requirements gathering and process improvements, and support business transformation initiatives in an Agile environment.

• Analytical Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve business problems.

• Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data.
• Familiarity with database management and query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus.
• Critical Thinking: Candidates should demonstrate critical thinking, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

• Technical SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).

• Candidate should have familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC.

• Communication Skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English) are essential for interacting with stakeholders and documenting findings and requirements.
• Ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

• Interpersonal Skills

• Good interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

• Detail-Oriented

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Being detail-oriented and meticulous in their work is essential for success in this position.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
