At UniSystems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role:

• Preparing business and functional requirements, use cases, diagrams, test case, eliciting requirements, stakeholder management.
• Business model and process analysis, and business processes modelling.
• Preparing Functional Specifications and data dictionaries.
• Analysis for low code / no code technological solutions.
• Analyse documents delivered by stakeholders and prepare their implementation.
• Participate in the release planning meetings to propose requirements to be implemented.
• Organising analysis meetings, managing the relationship with the project owners.
• Proposing the UI-UX design compliant with European User Interface guidelines for website category of EU branded harmonised websites according to the Europa Web Guide.

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

• Master's degree in IT with minimum 13 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's degree and minimum of 17 years relevant experience).
• At least 6 years of specific expertise in analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
• At least 6 years of specific expertise in BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
• At least 3 years of specific expertise in software development methodologies (e.g. Agile).
• At least 3 years of specific expertise in working with Jira.
• Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
• Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
• Proficiency in English language at a minimum C1 level.
