The Role:
As a Business Analyst within the AP+ Member Onboarding team, you'll play a critical role in enabling new participants and existing members to successfully connect to Australia's payments ecosystem. Working across onboarding activities and member-initiated change requests, you'll act as the bridge between our customers, product and technical teams, ensuring solutions are clearly understood, accurately documented and delivered efficiently.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you'll manage multiple concurrent workstreams, facilitate technical discussions, capture business and system requirements, and guide stakeholders through complex onboarding and change activities. Success requires someone who is highly organised, customer-focused and comfortable working with ambiguity while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. The role aligns with AP+'s broader Business Analyst capability of translating business needs into practical technical solutions, producing high-quality analysis artefacts and supporting successful delivery outcomes.
