Supports the successful implementation of the OLG Program by acting as the primary link between business stakeholders, customer representatives, delivery teams, and technical resources.
The role is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, validating customer needs, supporting solution design, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business expectations and quality standards.
The position serves as a key contributor to implementation readiness by ensuring requirements are clearly defined, communicated, tested, and successfully transitioned into production.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Engage with OLG stakeholders, business users, and project teams to identify, analyze, and validate business requirements.
Facilitate requirement workshops, interviews, and working sessions.
Translate business objectives and operational needs into clear, complete, and actionable functional requirements.
Develop and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Ensure requirements are fully understood by both business and development teams.
Support solution design activities by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Maintain requirements traceability and validate alignment between customer expectations and delivered functionality.
Quality Assurance & Solution Validation
Develop test plans, test scenarios, and test cases based on approved business and functional requirements.
Support preparation and readiness of testing environments.
Execute and support System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Readiness Testing, and deployment validation activities.
Validate that delivered solutions satisfy approved requirements and customer expectations.
Identify, document, track, and manage defects through successful resolution.
Coordinate with development teams to investigate issues, validate fixes, and confirm successful remediation.
Support customer testing activities and assist stakeholders during acceptance testing.
Provide recommendations regarding solution readiness, quality, and implementation preparedness.
Customer Engagement & Delivery Support
Coordinate with OLG stakeholders, business users, and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Support customer workshops, requirements reviews, solution demonstrations, and testing activities.
Ensure customer expectations, priorities, and feedback are clearly communicated to delivery teams.
Support implementation readiness, deployment planning, and operational transition activities.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and project team members.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to improving business analysis practices, testing methodologies, documentation standards, and quality processes.
Capture lessons learned and stakeholder feedback.
Recommend process improvements that support delivery quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Quality Assurance, Systems Analysis, software implementation, or related disciplines.
Experience supporting large-scale customer-facing technology implementation programs.
Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements.
Experience developing and executing test plans and test cases.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing and customer-facing implementation programs.
Experience working within matrix organizations and global delivery models.
Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
Experience working in lottery, gaming, government, regulated industries, public sector environments, or critical transaction-processing systems considered an asset.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
Submission to, and ability to successfully pass, all required background and security screenings conducted by Intralot Canada and/or the applicable Provincial Lottery.
A pre-employment drug screening is also a requirement.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel within Ontario as required.
Ability to support testing, deployment, and implementation activities outside normal business hours when required.
