The Business Analyst (BA) supports the successful delivery of IT and technology-enabled business initiatives by serving as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. Reporting to the Director, IT PMO, this role is responsible for eliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements, ensuring solutions align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and user needs, and helping develop test cases for UAT
The Business Analyst partners closely with Project Managers, IT teams, and functional leaders across clinical, operational, and corporate areas to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements that enable predictable delivery and adoption in a regulated healthcare environment.
Schedule
Salary Range:
$85,000- $105,000 commensurate with experience
Location
Remote- Must be US based, and able to work with no restrictions in the US in a remote home office.
