Role: Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge business needs with technology solutions by gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Gather and analyze business requirements to support project and product objectives

• 
  Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features

• 
  Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flow documentation

• 
  Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery

• 
  Support UAT activities and maintain end-to-end requirement traceability

• 
  Drive product-based analysis to identify enhancements and improvement opportunities

• 
  Contribute to and uphold organization-wide BA standards, best practices, and governance

• 
  Support standardization of documentation, templates, and BA processes across projects

Required Skills

• 
  3-5 years of Business Analysis experience.
• 
  Strong experience in requirement elicitation and documentation.
• 
  Hands-on experience with BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process mapping.
• 
  Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• 
  Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and data flow concepts.
• 
  Experience with Jira, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart.
• 
  Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
