About The Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to focus on stakeholder management and communication, and delivering actionable insights through data reporting and analysis for digital advertising sales for AI client. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with solid analytical expertise and data reporting to influence data-driven decisions based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document)
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on deliverables, timelines, and business outcomes.
Build and maintain strong relationships across cross-functional teams and leadership.
Create and deliver business reporting data frameworks and updates using tools for daily, weekly, quarterly and yearly performance reporting to multiple lines of businesses.
Develop a comprehensive global business reporting dashboard using SQL based on business needs.
Conduct trendline and correlation analyses to derive insights and generate sales projections/forecasts.
Perform quartile analysis to inform tactical and strategic approaches for sales performance management.
Conduct root cause analysis to provide continuous insights to stakeholders and leaders.
Establish data capture mechanisms.
Ensure proper Data Management on an ongoing basis.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in data reporting and analysis.
Proven track record in stakeholder communication and management, reporting, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to summarize data findings into strategic insights.
Data analysis and reporting skills (SQL, Excel, Looker).
Background in a sales data environment, with experience managing KPIs of Sales representatives.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, including pivot tables, conditional formatting, vlookup, etc.
Prior experience in putting together a reporting framework and business review presentations from a data perspective.
Experience working in Business Process Outsourcing and is used to a very fast-paced environment.
