As a Business Analyst, you will help bridge business needs and system capabilities, working closely with stakeholders across multiple projects to support effective solution design and delivery. This role is focused on understanding business processes at a detailed system level, supporting high-quality analysis, and helping ensure new solutions are implemented smoothly and adopted successfully by end users.

Responsibilities

• Gain an understanding of the business landscape from a detailed system perspective.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders, colleagues, and strategic partners across a portfolio of projects.
• Lead analysis of requirements to a system level and ensure a quality system specification is created for the required solution.
• Prepare test scenarios and lead execution and dress rehearsals.
• Ensure quality and consistency of solution design until go live and beyond.
• Train end users on new solutions and support them during cutover.

Requirements

• At least Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration

• Working Experience of 5-10 years in an SAP Environment

• Strong incident resolution skills in an SAP environment

• Good Communication in English

• CBAP Certificate would be considered a plus.

• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal communication and user support management skills.
