  • Assist in training and mentoring junior team members on data analysis techniques.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar business analysis role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and data visualization software.
  • Experience in managing and optimizing data management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for driving business growth.
