With teams across North America, Europe and Sri Lanka we are now expanding our footprint into India by establishing a world-class engineering center in Hyderabad. This center will be a core part of our global product and technology team, driving innovation across multiple areas to expand our product portfolio and business. We are looking for an experienced business analyst to help define world-class ERP solutions and play a key role in our growing Hyderabad product organization.

• • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, Customers, and Partners to identify, analyse, and prioritize business requirements.
  
  • Translate business needs into detailed Functional Specifications, User Stories, workflows, use cases, and process documentation.
  
  • Coordinate feature delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and quality standards.
  
  • Define acceptance criteria, support testing efforts, and validate completed functionality.
  
  • Analyse complex business processes and recommend scalable ERP solutions.
  
  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practices across the product organization.
  
  • Participate in data migration, integration, and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in software product development.

  Strong ERP domain experience.
  
  Experience working with ERP, CRM, Financial Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, or similar enterprise business applications.

  Requirements Analysis & Documentation
  
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
  
  • Hands-on experience creating or reviewing BRDs, FRDs, Functional Specifications, Process Flows, and User Stories.
  
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.

  ERP Project Experience
  
  Experience participating in one or more of the following:
  
  • ERP Implementations
  
  • ERP Migrations
  
  • ERP Upgrades
  
  • ERP Deployments

  Data Migration Experience
  
  • Data mapping between source and target systems.
  
  • Data validation and reconciliation.
  
  • Data cleansing and post-migration verification activities.

  Integration & Technical Skills
  
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
  
  • Ability to understand and analyse integration requirements.
  
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience writing basic queries for analysis and validation.

  Strong communication, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
