The Business Analyst is responsible for providing business metric and program analysis, report management, and project support at several different levels. The position requires the incumbent to have diverse administrative expertise and to oversee various policies, programs, and initiatives, to be able to think strategically, as well as perform in a proactive manner with limited supervision. The position also requires the individual to build and maintain relationships with field management, and work closely with other organizations within the LOB.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in payment processing and & industry concepts
  • Interchange knowledge
  • Excel / PowerPoint / Word
  • Ability to evaluate and guide complex deals to drive informed, timely decisions
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to independently manage priorities
  • Collaborative team player with a strong ability to build positive working relationships

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Banking, Sales Support, merchant/pricing support, onboarding, or related financial services operations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar workflow/reporting tools, along with strong Excel and presentation development skills.
  • Experience supporting process improvement efforts, change initiatives, or business governance and risk routines.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma / GED / Secondary School or equivalent
