Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will serve as the essential link between our operational data and daily decision-making. You are the engine behind our reporting, helping the team move from "raw data" to "clear direction." Your mission is to support the operational leadership team by providing the visibility they need to understand current performance and prepare for upcoming projects. You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our metrics and ensuring that every project is backed by accurate, timely insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Operational Support: Act as a key analytical resource for the Ops team, providing the data needed to answer day-to-day business questions and track global performance.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Build and maintain clean, intuitive dashboards that translate operational metrics into easy-to-understand visual stories for the team.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure our reporting structures are accurate and proactive, identifying trends early so the team can adjust and improve operational precision.
  • Advanced Analytics: Utilize modern data environments to perform deep-dive analysis on logistics, behavior, and resource efficiency to uncover hidden trends.
  • Operational & New Project Planning: Support the "launchpad" for new initiatives by evaluating viability, while providing real-time analytical support for active projects to guide immediate adjustments.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in a business, data, or operations analyst role.
  • Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL and Power BI is essential. Experience using Microsoft Fabric to conduct advanced analysis is a nice-to-have.
  • Analytical Mindset: Familiarity with the concepts of Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics to better interpret data trends is a plus, even if you aren't building the models yourself.
  • Communication: Ability to "speak human" and explain complex data findings to non-technical business partners.
  • Operational Intuition: An analytical curiosity for the mechanics of world-class organizational systems and a relentless drive to engineer smoother, more scalable operational processes.

What Success Looks Like

  • Success in this role is defined by the quality and timing of the insights you provide. You will have succeeded when the Ops team feels empowered by your analysis to make quicker, more informed decisions. By identifying trends and highlighting key performance drivers, you will help the team stay ahead of operational challenges and ensure our projects are consistently backed by clear, reliable data.
