They interact with stakeholders, users, and contributors and are responsible for ensuring the overall alignment of projects with business needs and organizational objectives. They identify, design, and recommend business solutions and analyze their impact on the organization. Within projects, they collaborate in defining business objectives, define the scope of solutions, and support the project manager in key decision-making. They are responsible for ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives and business needs. They are also responsible for the end-to-end integration of business solutions, from the business requirements definition stage through to deployment .The consultant works closely with a product manager, business expert, project manager, sponsor, integration solutions architect, and agile teams. He is involved in the entire implementation cycle of the solutions and must ensure that all stakeholders involved understand the solution.
