Quento Technologies seeks a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the definition, documentation, and execution of test cases, including system and end-to-end testing of the PPM solution in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
  • Document testing results, identify issues, and contribute to validation and resolution processes;
  • Design, structure, and maintain a project knowledge repository using MS SharePoint, ensuring it is fully populated, well-organized, and relevant for the PPM rollout;
  • Develop and maintain content covering system usage (including guides, videos, and screenshots), to-be processes, PM² and Agile methodologies, and role-based guidance (e.g., Project Manager, PMO, Executive Sponsor);
  • Migrate and update existing materials, ensuring continuous knowledge management and documentation governance;
  • Develop training materials, including user guides, manuals, and onboarding packs, and support training delivery as required;
  • Provide user support during go-live and contribute to user adoption activities;
  • Support the preparation of stakeholder communication materials, including Steering Committee presentations and governance-related documentation;
  • Assist change management initiatives and provide ongoing support to project management activities;
  • Deliver key outputs, including documented test cases, test execution reports, issue logs, a fully implemented Knowledge base, training materials, onboarding packs, and stakeholder communication deliverables;
  • Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis and/or requirements engineering;
  • Proven experience in defining requirements to improve business processes and systems;
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and analyzing both explicit and implicit stakeholder needs;
  • Strong experience in business analysis activities, including investigation, analysis, review, and documentation of business goals, processes, and data;
  • Experience in evaluating and improving processes, including cost reduction, sustainability improvements, and quantification of business benefits;
  • Experience in developing and refining functional specifications and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams;
  • Ability to quickly understand new business areas, including their objectives, processes, and policies;
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills;
  • Proven ability to effectively collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely (both verbally and in writing);
  • Experience in producing structured documentation such as business cases and business requirements documents;
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira);
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and domains;
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • English: C1 level or higher;
    • Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP);
    • Certification in Agile methodologies;
    • Background in financial services;
