Remote Recruitment is hiring a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions at a UK-based organisation. Working fully remotely from South Africa, you'll gather requirements, map processes, and deliver insights that drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders at all levels
• Create process maps, user stories, and functional specifications
• Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to drive consensus
• Support UAT planning and execution for system or process changes

What You'll Need

• 3+ years of business analysis experience, ideally in a technology or financial services environment
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and requirements documentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace

What's on Offer

• Salary: R30,000 per month
• Full-time, permanent remote position
• Working hours: 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
