The role

As a Business Analyst within our Change & Transformation team, you will work across a range of strategic initiatives, supporting the delivery of change from concept through to implementation. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, gathering and defining requirements, and ensuring solutions are aligned to both business needs and technical capabilities.

You will play a key role in bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements and supporting the successful delivery of system implementations and data-driven projects. This role will provide you with exposure across middle and back office functions, with a strong focus on investment-related change initiatives, including areas such as Investment Book of Records (IBoR), trade support and data transformation.

About you
You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in financial services, ideally within investment or asset management environments. You bring a solid understanding of financial instruments, particularly funds, alongside knowledge of equities, fixed income, FX and derivatives.

You are confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and are comfortable leading workshops, challenging existing ways of working and driving improved outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience working on end-to-end system implementations, data-focused initiatives and transformation programmes will set you apart, particularly within back or middle office environments.
