We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our technology delivery team. This team supports a diverse portfolio of client-facing and internal initiatives across customer communications, document composition, inbound document processing, and omni-channel delivery. The role sits in a collaborative delivery environment where strong analysis, stakeholder engagement, and practical solution design are critical to successful outcomes.

About the role

As a Business Analyst, you will partner with clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams to understand problems, define requirements, and support the delivery of effective end-to-end solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring that solutions are aligned to business outcomes and are clearly understood by delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead discovery and requirements definition activities
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and structured discussions
  • Create high-quality artefacts including business requirements, user stories, and process maps
  • Ensure requirements are prioritised, testable, and traceable
  • Support analysis across the full communication lifecycle, including content generation, composition logic, approval workflows, and delivery across digital and print channels.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, and dependencies and support informed decision-making

What you will bring

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience in customer communications management, document composition, correspondence platforms, or omni-channel communication environments
  • Ability to translate complex problems into clear and structured requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
  • Exposure to regulated or high-volume communications environments is advantageous
