Mission Overview:

As a Business Analyst and Tester, you will strengthen the team responsible for the management of the dematerialization of environmental permits and unique permits at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. This role involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders and understanding their needs to model and document expectations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the context and objectives of land use planning.
• Model business expectations by highlighting all data flows and exchanges between different internal and external actors in these processes. This analysis must be conducted transversally across several departments and serve as a foundation for a requirements document.
• Define functional and non-functional requirements of the solution to be implemented in agreement with the relevant business units and the SPW Digital personnel involved in the project.
• Facilitate analysis workshops and write acceptance test scenarios with the business units.
• Collaborate with project managers to conduct workshops for the execution of tests by the business units.
• Draft validation test scenarios in accordance with the testing strategy and quality standards established and validated by the program quality manager.
• Support the business units in executing the drafted test scenarios.
• Communicate and validate all deliverables with the relevant business units.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business (concepts, jargon, rules).
• Verify that the chosen solution meets the formulated expectations.
• Contribute to the smooth progress of the project within the program.
