Amar Bank is one of the most technologically advanced digital banks in Indonesia. Our leading
digital lending product, Tunaiku has the distinction of being the first FinTech product in
Indonesia. We are also the first digital bank on the cloud. As the first profitable digital bank, we
managed to get listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange.

How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the
bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank)
in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the
country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform,
Tunaiku.

Business Analyst staff will be directly reporting to Business Analyst Circle Lead and also EVP Finance. He/She will have a great deal of exposure about the company’s businesses especially its flagship product, Tunaiku and Finance related matters. Will be involved in various stage of business process along with other team members and other functions. Due to the nature of the job, it is also expected that the team member is committed to the position.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current processes
- Will be involved in the analysis of treasury transactions and Tunaiku loans.
- Assist and coordinate with related parties in designing an effective and efficient workflow
- Implements and monitors the progress of development projects to ensure the smooth running of business and compliance within the industry environment.
- Collect data and analyze the Bank's performance, including financial reports, in accordance with predetermined deadlines
- Provide proposed solutions to improve the performance of a business process
- Establish communication and provide support to other work units in order to achieve effective cross-division cooperation
- Perform ad-hoc tasks requested by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain structured working papers and documentation
- Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and routine monitoring processes
- Proactive and reliable team player, willing to step in and take ownership of tasks when needed
- Good communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Proficient in English both oral and written
