Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering
• Work with business users and product owners to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, requirement workshops, and walkthroughs.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Documentation & BA Deliverables
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, User Stories & Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows/BPMN diagrams, and Use Case Documents.
• Maintain version control and structured documentation in Confluence.
Technical Analysis
• Understand system architecture, API interactions, data flows, and integration points.
• Use Postman to test and validate APIs (request/response, payloads, error conditions).
• Support the dev team with requirement clarifications, mapping documents, and API-level details.
Project & Stakeholder Management
• Work with cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Architecture, Product).
• Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT support, and defect triage.
• Ensure end-to-end requirement traceability in Jira.
Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering 2-5 years
