Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven insights that support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and impact assessments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and product teams
• Develop process models, workflows, and user stories
• Validate solutions through testing (UAT) and ensure alignment with requirements
• Analyze data to generate actionable insights and recommendations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Ensure documentation is maintained and updated throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and requirement management tools
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
• Strong documentation and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in [industry, e.g., banking, healthcare, IT services, etc.]
• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA
• Familiarity with business process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN)
• Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems
