We’re looking for a Business Analyst to help us get more out of our data, reporting and systems as we scale. This is a hands-on analyst role based in Wanaka for someone who enjoys working with data, improving how systems operate, and helping teams use information more effectively.
This role sits at the intersection of data, systems and people. You’ll help ensure our data is structured well, flows cleanly between systems, and lands in reporting that people actually use. That means working across tools like Azure, Power BI, Excel, NetSuite, Backbone, Shopify, and our core data sets, while supporting upcoming system and process improvements as we evolve our tech stack.
It’s hands-on, practical work that directly improves how the business runs.
