Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (BA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to analyze business processes, define requirements, and deliver data-driven insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
Document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories
Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate needs
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams

Data Analysis & Insights

Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track performance metrics
Support data-driven decision-making using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau

Process Improvement

Evaluate current business processes and identify inefficiencies
Recommend and implement process optimization and automation solutions
Support digital transformation initiatives and system enhancements

Stakeholder Management

Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and vendors
Ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered accurately
Manage expectations and provide regular updates on project progress

Project & Delivery Support

Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validation of deliverables
Support project documentation, timelines, and risk management

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
3–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
Strong experience in requirements gathering and documentation
Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
