We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and support one of our largest clients in the energy sector. You will be embedded with the customer's business and IT teams, owning the journey of change for the internal business applications that the organization's employees rely on every day — from HR and procurement solutions to third-party SaaS platforms.
This is a role for someone who enjoys sitting at the intersection of business and IT — translating the needs of internal users into clear requirements, shaping solutions with development and platform teams, and making sure what gets delivered actually solves the problem.
• Engage directly with internal business stakeholders across functions (e.g., HR, Procurement, Operations, Finance) to elicit, challenge, and document requirements.
• Author Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and — where the delivery approach calls for it — user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze existing internal processes and the applications that support them, and identify opportunities for improvement, simplification, or automation.
• Maintain end-to-end visibility across the demand-to-implementation lifecycle: from initial business demand, through solution design and build, to testing, go-live, and post-deployment support.
• Partner with development teams, platform owners, and third-party SaaS vendors to ensure solutions are designed and configured correctly.
• Coordinate and support UAT, validation, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective adoption of the delivered solutions.
• Operate primarily in an Agile / Scrum setting where applicable, while remaining comfortable with hybrid or waterfall delivery models when projects require it.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related).
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst working on internal business applications — for example HR solutions, procurement platforms, or other custom or SaaS-based applications serving internal users.
• Demonstrated experience authoring BRDs, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and modeling.
• Experience working across the full project lifecycle — requirements, design, build coordination, testing, go-live, and post-deployment support.
• Comfort working with both custom-developed applications and third-party SaaS solutions, including coordination with external vendors.
• Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to the energy sector or other regulated industries.
• Experience with HR information systems, procurement / S2P platforms, ITSM tools, or document/workflow management systems.
• Familiarity with integrations between internal applications and core enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, identity providers, data platforms).
• Understanding of basic data and reporting concepts (databases, APIs, BI tools).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and responsibility.
• Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to learn, adapt, communicate, and organize.
• Customer-orientation and a focus on quality outcomes.
Benefits
• Competitive salary package, based on your experience.
• Private Health Insurance.
• Continuous Training & Development opportunities.
• Meal vouchers / Subsidized meals.
• The opportunity to work on critical, high-impact projects in the energy sector alongside experienced professionals.
