Job Description

Behind how the business runs day to day across manufacturing, distribution, stores, and digital platforms sits a growing technology ecosystem. It enables the scale, consistency, and performance we rely on.

As this ecosystem expands, so does the need for clarity between business requirements and what gets delivered. This role plays a key part in ensuring that work is clearly defined, coordinated, and followed through in a way that supports how the business operates.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is naturally structured, analytical, and focused on delivery. This role is about translating requirements into clear direction, bringing visibility to work in progress, and ensuring that what gets built aligns to real business needs.

Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, you’ll help connect requirements to execution, making work practical, trackable, and consistently delivered.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • Engaging with stakeholders across manufacturing, distribution, retail, and finance to understand processes, requirements, and challenges
  • Translating business needs into clear, structured, and actionable requirements
  • Documenting process flows and solution behaviour in a way that is practical and easy to execute against
  • Working closely with developers, architects, and vendors to ensure requirements are understood and delivered correctly
  • Coordinating and tracking delivery across projects and operational work, ensuring visibility, ownership, and progress
  • Driving follow-ups on actions, dependencies, and deliverables to maintain momentum and meet timelines
  • Identifying gaps, risks, and ambiguities early, and resolving them before they impact delivery
  • Supporting testing and validation by ensuring requirements are clear and traceable

What we’re looking for:

  • Relevant experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a delivery or project environment
  • Experience working with system implementations, process improvements, or operational projects
  • Exposure to ERP platforms, with SYSPRO experience being advantageous
  • Experience within manufacturing or retail environments would be beneficial
  • Experience working with developers, vendors, or IT teams to support solution delivery
  • A relevant qualification in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous
  • Strong analytical capability, with a structured and organised approach
  • Clear communication and the ability to work across business and technical teams
  • Attention to detail, with a focus on follow-through and delivery

In line with Jonsson Workwear’s commitment to employment equity, applications from candidates from designated groups, as well as candidates with disabilities, are encouraged.
