BUSINESS ANALYST, GROUP DIGITAL AND PRODUCT

General responsibilities

• Contributes to the successful definition and implementation of technology that delivers meaningful solutions to the Business Units and functions

• Works with key stakeholders to identify problems, business needs and successfully translates them into meaningful, effective requirements and user stories that are useful to the

development team

• Is familiar with Agile Scrum activities, and working with UIUX, product owners, developers, testers, product managers, and stakeholders.

• Conducting analyses of data and reports to identify opportunities for new product enhancements or improvements to existing processes or offerings

• Assist the product owner with creating and maintaining a healthy and ordered product backlog

• Develop and document business processes and flow diagrams

• Provides overall product management support where necessary

• Keeps abreast of user experience trends and best practices, and performs UIUX focus group activities to drive best-in-class user experience of IT’s core products

• Demonstrates ability to communicate well, influence laterally and horizontally, and manage key

stakeholders

• Pays high attention to detail and is able to effectively analyze and conceptualize requirements and processes

• Works well within high volume of work, within collaborative environments, and with projects driven heavily by deadlines
