Program Officer - Property Valuations & Lifecycle
Location – Parramatta with 50% Office Attendance
Employment type – Ongoing – Full-time (35 hours per week)
Salary – Clerk Grade 7/8 - $113,574.00-$125,720.00 plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role
As the Program Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of programs within the Valuations and Property Lifecycle team at Homes NSW. You will support the delivery of the valuation program for Homes NSW and oversee the information management of property records, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organisational priorities. The role requires strong analytical capability and sound judgement to navigate complex and, at times, sensitive stakeholder environments.
Working collaboratively across Homes NSW and with external partners, you will support the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs that enhance service delivery and drive better outcomes. You will also contribute to strengthening processes, systems, and reporting frameworks, while providing clear and timely advice to stakeholders to support informed decision-making and successful program delivery.
What you’ll do
Support the delivery of diverse projects focused on improving Property Lifecycle and Valuations programs within Homes NSW / DCJ.
Identify opportunities, develop practical solutions, and support the successful delivery of key initiatives across the Valuations and Property Lifecycle team.
Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement and support audit and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement new products, processes, and services that enhance team outcomes and operational effectiveness.
Develop and manage program reporting to track performance, strengthen service delivery, and support organisational objectives
Provide clear, timely communication and advice to stakeholders on program progress, risks, and implementation challenges.
Prepare high-quality documentation, including reports, briefings, status updates, and budget information for a range of stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
Strong capability in navigating complex and sensitive environments, with the ability to support programs while balancing political considerations and stakeholder expectations.
Proven ability to deliver programs and outcomes on time, meeting agreed standards, milestones, and performance expectations.
Developed stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across diverse business partners, even in the context of competing priorities and demands.
Excellent attention to detail
Commitment to maintaining up-to-date understanding of internal policies, regulations and guidelines
