forStaffBusinessAnalyst, Blackbaud Luminate

Business Analysts (BAs) play a crucial role inhelping clientsleverageour platforms to raise money and stay connected with their constituentsThis position is for theLuminate Online servicesteam at Blackbaud, which servesa wide range ofnon-profits/NGOs.

This position will be staffed by BB India and will provide support to US-based services staff

Responsibilities

  • Learn theLuminate Onlineplatform and become expert in its features and functionality

  • PerformLuminate Onlinesystem configurationsfor clients, during implementations or ongoing as part of normalfundraising activities

  • Execute scheduled tasksfor clients,e.g.sending email campaigns, preparing reports, updating content for web pages or emails

  • Conduct quality control testsfor both standard and customfunctionality

  • Assistsenior Business Analysts as part ofservices engagements

  • Write documentationfor internal and client consumption

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and understanding ofonline fundraising, ideally in the space of NGO/non-profit organizations

  • At least1yearof full-time professional experience
  • Excellent writtenEnglish
  • Comfortable to work in EST hours
  • Technicalaptitude for learning software applications

  • BasicunderstandingHTML, CSS,Javascript– but no need to be a developer.

  • Must be self-motivated and able to learn and work independently

  • Ability to multitask on concurrent projects, and deliver work on timeon deadlinesagreed to with clients

  • Expected shift:US hours (ET)
